Accommodations at The Antrim House include a garden-level studio apartment, a bedroom with adjoining office space on the 2nd floor and a charming attic suite on the 3rd floor. All have private baths. The home itself is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. It is open, sunny and breezy, and features hardwood flooring throughout and lovely antique furnishings and curios thoughtfully collected over the years. Sliding glass doors in the shared kitchen lead to a large back deck overlooking my beautiful back garden. The shared living room provides comfortable and quiet relaxation. Inman Square is located at the end of Antrim Street. Harvard, Central and Kendall Squares are all within walking distance.

This is a large one bedroom apartment fully furnished and all utilities are provided, there is Wi-Fi in the house antenna TV.. in the bedroom large closet and dresser.. a full bath White Tile tub shower vanity comma the rest of the house has wood floors covered with some area rugs comma it is a pet free smoke-free environment, then living area has a loveseat with a couple of chairs and the kitchen has lots of Cabinetry and is fully equipped for all your needs full size refrigerator and stove with a door leading to the back deck but you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the garden.

At certain times of the year I may be offering discounts or special rates be sure to ask me. Generally speaking the longer the term the more I can be. This apartment can be rented for a few days or a week or for several months.

Accommodations at The Feathered Nest include a garden-level bedroom with private bath, a sunny bedroom with private bath on the 2nd floor and two cozy attic rooms with shared bath on the 3rd floor.

The home itself is located in the diverse and highly desirable neighborhood of Cambridgeport. Pearl Street is primarily residential with a smattering of small businesses (café, convenience store, gallery, etc.). A city garden and wrought iron fence surround the house which is open and bright with comfortable furnishings, eye-catching decor and hardwood flooring throughout. Sliding glass doors in the shared kitchen lead to a large, covered deck that offers exceptional outdoor privacy. The shared living room provides comfortable and quiet relaxation.

Central Square is located at the end of Pearl Street. Harvard, Inman and Kendall Squares are all within walking distance. The Feathered Nest is very convenient to Harvard University (including Harvard Business School), MIT and Boston University.
